About Our Practice

Finding Your Fit

As you move through life, growth and success often bring added complexity to your financial picture. An important question to consider is whether working with multiple financial professionals—each focused on a single specialty and operating independently—can truly provide the clarity and coordination needed to help you achieve your long-term goals.

Client Centered

In 2008, Jason and Sonia Vitucci came together to define what their ideal financial planning practice should be. After another frustrating year in the industry—where Jason advised clients on complex planning decisions but faced limitations in fully implementing comprehensive solutions—they recognized the need for a better, more connected approach.

Their vision was to create a firm that integrates advice across all areas of personal finance, bringing clarity to an otherwise complex landscape and empowering clients to make confident financial decisions. With the support of an experienced and collaborative team, that vision has become a reality through a truly integrated planning process.

Today, we remain committed to working closely with our clients and supporting them through every stage of life. Our practice has developed a specialty in helping pre-retirees and business owners structure their net worth to reduce taxes, manage volatility, and mitigate risk.

We achieve our vision through our 3 fundamental absolutes:

Integrated

In the traditional financial services model, each area often operates independently, which can leave clients with separate plans for taxes, investments, insurance, and estate planning. Our approach is different. By leveraging our in-house team, we take a holistic view of your financial picture, identifying how all these areas intersect and work together.

This integrated approach allows us to proactively uncover opportunities and address potential pitfalls, helping our clients make well-informed decisions and maximizing the value of their financial plan.

Independent

As an independent financial advisory practice, we work solely for our clients, not for a specific insurance company, bank, or Wall Street firm. This independence allows us to provide objective guidance and offer solutions that are truly tailored to your unique goals—without being limited by cookie-cutter plans or corporate agendas.

Being independent also means we operate right here on Main Street, as business owners who understand the value of personalized service. Our unbiased approach is the foundation of the trust we build with clients, giving you confidence that the strategies we recommend are designed with your best interests in mind.

Invested in Our Relationship

Alongside our independence, being a fee-based financial advisory practice ensures that we sit on the same side of the table as our clients. Jason, as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional (CFP® professional), has a fiduciary duty to provide full transparency regarding fees and any potential conflicts of interest, and—when authorized—to recommend strategies and investments with your best interests in mind.

Working with a fee-based advisor allows you to focus on personalized, objective guidance, rather than relying on product sales, generic tips, or market hearsay. Our approach is designed to give you confidence that every recommendation is aligned with your goals.

Vitucci Integrated Planning operates independently of Osaic Wealth.
